The answer to the question is No. Hallmark Card Studio Deluxe is a software program designed specifically for Windows computers and cannot be transferred to an iPad.
The application you have is old and I believe it will not receive a compatibility patch as new versions were released. Hallmark Card Studio 2012 Deluxe is a replacement and a fully compatible application with your Windows operating system. You will need to either upgrade or buy the application again in order to use it for Windows 7.
